Complete Care is a multi-specialty healthcare facility that specializes in helping patients recover (fully) after an auto accident. We take a holistic approach and offer our patients convenient care with rehab, imaging, orthopedic and neuro professionals all under one roof.

Many Primary Care Providers refer their patients to specialists specifically trained in treating auto accident injuries, like Complete Care. Many of these injuries are difficult to find. Musculoskeletal injuries can cause referred pain to areas that seem unrelated to the injured area. Often PCPs don’t know how to locate these “hidden injuries”.

If you have been in a car accident in the state of Florida, your health care is insured by your auto insurance – Personal Injury Protection – as part of its “no-fault insurance”.  No matter who caused the accident, PIP can cover injuries to the driver and passengers.

Like your primary care doctor refers you to a heart doctor or gastroenterologist, you were referred to Complete Care because we focus on soft tissue injury, spine and orthopedics, neurology, pain management and mental health services needed in post-accident care. Our doctors have seen thousands of car accident injuries and helped patients regain function, relieve pain and get back to the activities that they enjoy.

Complete Care accepts most auto insurance plans and we offer self-pay options. We do not accept major medical insurance at this time.

Walk in and same day appointments are available. We encourage you to schedule an appointment with our New Patient Counselors so we can help you find a clinic with availability to minimize your wait time.

Complete Care clinics are located in 10 counties across Central Florida. We have 27 convenient offices so that we can help our patients regain function and offer pain relief. In most areas, we are withing 20-minutes from your work or home in Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Sumter, Polk, Lake, Osceola, Marion, Brevard and Hillsborough Counties.

Car accidents, even low speed ones, can cause trauma to the body. After a car crash, you may be in shock and it’s not until later that injury symptoms begin to surface.

Always be seen by a doctor right away to ensure you don’t have any hidden issues that could develop into chronic pain down the road. In Florida, you need to be seen by a doctor within 14 days from the date of the accident to file claims to your personal injury protection insurance coverage for medical care.

Many new patients are not sure what to expect during their first appointment. We start by taking a patient’s history and then performing a physical examination to develop a working diagnosis. Imaging or lab tests (such as MRI, CT scan or X-ray) may be used to confirm a diagnosis.

The combination of the history, exam, and diagnostic studies will enable us to reach a diagnosis and establish a treatment plan. If your doctor determines you would be more appropriately managed or co-managed by another health care professional, he or she will make the proper referral. As part of this process, the doctor will also explain your condition, recommend a treatment plan and review the risks and benefits of all procedures.
