I was recently involved in a rear end accident and received care at Complete Care – Colonialtown. From the start of the process the staff was very friendly and helpful! Throughout the course of my treatment I received a Xray and MRI to confirm my injury status which was reassuring. The office hours were very convenient and working with either KJ, Bionka for physical therapy or “Doc” for chiropractic treatment they were all very helpful and key to my recovery process!

They truly care about their patients as individuals and work hard to make one feel comfortable in regards to their treatment. Every staff member has treated me kindly and personably. In particular Nisa s, Erin R. LaQuanna H , Ella T, Cassandra C , Nikita G and Dr Martinez as well as Ryan the practice manager deserve recognition. I highly recommend this facility and would not seek treatment elsewhere!

August 7, 2024My experience at this facility has been nothing but good. Shayda and Kierstyn are great at their jobs. They have managed to work me in around all my other appointments and actually called to check up on me. Amber, Gabby, Ella have been a big help and have always been attentive to my pain triggers and have worked around that. The pt that I do has helped beyond my expectations. Dr. Searls, KC. and Rick always explain everything in detail about my care and have taken their time in doing so and I feel that I have fallen into the right hands for all of my care. I can’t say enough good things about this facility and all of the staff.

After being rear ended and having my shoulder and back hurt, this location diligently worked to bring me back to health. Chris at the front was professional, attentive, and extremely helpful. The ladies who conduct the therapy sessions are all great, they listen to you and pay attention during your work outs. They make the whole experience feel a lot less stressful because you feel like you’re working out with a friend. Ample parking at the location, even when super busy I always found a spot for my car right in the vicinity. Appointments were so easy to set, with availability all 7 days of the week and seemingly ample openings to be flexible with. The equipment is constantly sanitized and kept in great working order. The facility itself is very clean, organized and open spaced. I’d recommend this location to anyone who needs physical therapy. God forbid I am in another serious accident with injuries, but if I ever need therapy again I know where I’ll be going and that’s this Complete Care Center. 10/10 on my book!

The team at this location work together And help the patients who come there on a daily basis. They are able to work with you and make the schedule that works best for you. Everyone is super friendly and caters to your needs. This team is a great team and I have no problem continuing to get treated there.
