I was recently involved in a rear end accident and received care at Complete Care – Colonialtown. From the start of the process the staff was very friendly and helpful! Throughout the course of my treatment I received a Xray and MRI to confirm my injury status which was reassuring. The office hours were very convenient and working with either KJ, Bionka for physical therapy or “Doc” for chiropractic treatment they were all very helpful and key to my recovery process!

My name is Olivia Vargas. I had a car accident. They sent me to Complete care. I finished my treatment there very satisfied, Dr. Martínez and his staff, Ashely R., Erin, Ashely M, Jade and Alexis. They were excellent professionals, they treated the patient with great care and with a lot of interest. I recommend this place in my opinion it is the best team of professionals!!!

Great team here. Peggy, Shayda, and Kierstyn at the front desk are always accommodating with scheduling. For the PT part of the visits, Ella, Nisa, and Cassandra are all awesome (Gabby and Chelsea too, even though they’re at different locations now). This group seems to work really well together. I’ve seen each of them handle multiple patients simultaneously and effectively, tagging in/out for each other as needed. You’re never left waiting beyond a few minutes if it’s particularly busy. They take your feedback into consideration for all the exercises they have you do, and are pleasant while doing so.

I’ve been here since 2022 the employees are so caring and always going out of their way to making me feel important…I’m not just a patient or a number they’ll take there time and they listen I love all the employees and a doctor he is just not any kind of doctor he actually listens to my pain …I highly recommend this company to anyone that wants to feel not only important but treated with so much respect. I have been going to Lake Mary complete care for the last 3 months for treatment for my injuries. The staff there are great from the time i enter to when i leave. I’m greeted by Lacy & Nina with smiles and ready to help with anything i need. The rehab team works with your key areas. Chey & Hanna are awesome, they make you laugh while helping you with your treatment. The two newer staff Justin and Josich are great too.

Dr. Troye and Dr. Griggs They are great doctors. They will answer all your questions and will give you the treatment you need. At the moment of doing the therapist Sam, Ashley, Kj, Iyanah, Jacey, Gaby, and Azalia They will understand your pain and will give you the best treatment.

I was involved in a accident that has left me in so much pain. I got referred to Complete Care and have been going there for my recovery. I was so nervous going in and the 2 women at the front desk desk are EVERYTHING!! Kierstyn and Shayda’s smiles are so contagious. They are so energetic yet calming. They are ALWAYS so helpful. They definitely help with making my recovery better.

Love it here! The staff is prompt and caring. The exam to the treatment was a breeze. They will explain every step of the way.
